Reporting a game problem

The following details help reproduce an issue. This channel does not promise an immediate response or a fixed resolution time.

• Gomoku or Reversi, and computer, same-device, random matching or friend-room mode
• Device type, browser and the affected page or address
• Expected and actual behavior, with moves or steps to reproduce it
• If possible, a board screenshot with personal information, invite codes and secret reconnect tokens hidden, plus the time and any connection or timeout notice

Corrections, privacy and content rights

For a rules correction, identify the sentence and position where it differs. Send privacy or content-rights enquiries to the email above. For rights enquiries, include the affected page and verifiable supporting information.

Do not send passwords, identity numbers, payment details or sensitive information unnecessary to investigate. To remove local game data, you can first delete this site’s data in browser settings.
